Location Willesden Green, Brent Size 48 flats Client Winston Group Images Emperor Vision Mixed-use development at 110 Walm Lane on former pub site. The project will provide a new pub together with dedicated community space for children’s groups at ground floor with 48 new homes above and behind. The layout includes an open frontage for outside seating to the street, a secure external play area to the side for the community space, and a large open courtyard for the residents. The design picks up on the local Mapesbury Conservation area with banded brick and canted bay windows that direct views to the listed Willesden Green Station diagonally opposite. |
