Borough Crouch End Size 7 Houses Client Mizen Group Photos Morley Von Sternberg Planning to replace two houses across a wide site at the end of Twyford Avenue, Crouch End with 7 houses designed to read as a pair of semi-detached houses. A palette of clay tiles with bonnet tiles at the hips, red brick, timber and metal side dormers were chosen to create a contemporary design with references to both 1950s and arts & crafts houses within the Fortis Green area, The development was completed by the Mizen Group in the summer 2023. |
