Borough Camden Size 25 Apartments Client Landmark Properties A redundant 1950’s mixed use office and industrial building in the Hatton Garden jewellery quarter was stripped back to a shell and remodelled to provide 20 private apartments with 5 housing association duplex units for Soho Housing at ground floor and basement. Three additional steel framed penthouse levels were added to the original seven floors, stepping back to address rights of light and to create extensive terraces taking advantage of panoramic views towards the West End.
