Borough Hackney Wick Size 2800m2 Client Roca Developments Photos Morley Von Sternberg The site is one of four plots within an island block within the LLDC Hackney Wick Masterplan. GML developed the design with the London Legacy Development Corporation to provide pedestrian links through to shared common space between the sites. The principal elevations are designed with high levels of glazing within a stone framework and the top floor conceived as 1.5 storeys with additional height at the edges created by upstands that conceal a shared roof terrace behind. |
